Follow-up inspection conducted. Sanitizer measured 200ppm at time of inspection. Handwashing stations properly equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Cakes no longer stored directly on MDF boards; boards lined with parchment paper. Dough roller free of dried dough at time of inspection. Remainder infractions remain.
