Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating below required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating at required temperature of -18'C.
-Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 74.9'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-200ppm Quats available in a labelled spray bottle.
-Tools/equipment maintained in sanitary condition. Ventilation canopy hood serviced and maintained.
-No pest activity observed at this time. Back storage rooms satisfactory.
-Washroom handsink satisfactory.
