Observation: - Bags of flour and several food boxes were stored on the floor in dry storage area and in walkin freezer
- Scoops were stored in the bulk bins with handles touching the food and crusted with dried food on them
Corrective Action(s): - Store all food items off the floor
- Use scooops with handles and ensure that scoops are stored in a way that the handle does not come in contact me the food

Observation: - All bulk storage bins and containers are covered with dries food debris
- All storage bins lids in walk-in cooler are covered with crusted food
- Storage shelves are not clean
- Food debris and grease under cookline
Corrective Action(s): - Clean the above mentioned areas and maintain sanitary conditions in the premises

- All handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- All coolers - walk-in, under counter cooler for bubble tea and prep cooler are maintained at less than 4C. NOTE: Operator is not using two undercounter coolers and one prep cooler in the far corner near prep sink and the coolers are not plugged in.
- Freezers are less than -18C
- Hot holding greater than 60C
- Sanitizer solution is available at 200ppm chlorine residual
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 72C during final rinse cyle.
- Foodsafe is verified
- Covid Safety Plan in place
