Observation: Debris build-up observed on the interior of the ice machine located near the drive-through window.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aforementioned ice machine. Discard the current batch of ice and the first batch of ice after sanitizing. Ensure all hard to reach areas in the ice machine are cleaned and sanitized. Correct by: Immediately.

Routine inspection:
- Coolers (prep, beverage, under the counter, walk-in) maintained at 4C or less.
- Walk-in freezer maintained at -19C.
- Hot potentially hazardous food hot held at 68C.
- Hand washings stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quaternary ammonium available in buckets with wiping clothes stored inside and from the dispenser.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 81C at the plate level.
- Food product stored off the ground.
- Temperature log maintained and available for review.
- Pest control operator contracted. Reports available for review.
- No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
