Upright cooler at 4C and lower Bar coolers at 4C and lower Freezer at -18C and lower Operator holds FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate, valid until 2023 No signs of pests during time of inspection Low temperature glasswasher measures about 50ppm chlorine residue Hand wash sinks equipped with hot/cold water, paper towel and soap Bleach and water sanitizer solution measures around 100ppm chlorine No hot holding at time of inspection Ice machine sanitary at time of inspection.
