- Premises is only used for in-house programs currently and not being rented out for private events. They have stopped kitchen rental during Covid and are not planning to rent the kitchen out for this year are well. Ensure to have any applicants to obtain Temporary Health Permits from the district inspector in case they are preparing/serving food for general public (not applicable to private events such as birthday parties).
- 3 compartment sink in use with drain plugs available.
- Hand wash station (3 compartment sink) is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use disposable paper towels in dispensers.
- Sanitizers are available in spray bottles. The green bottle labelled as "Disinfectant & Sanitizer" measured 200ppm QUATS. Do not use the other orange bottles for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
- Overall sanitation is maintained.
- Ensure to have a good separation between food utensils/equipment and non-food related items used for art programs etc.
- 1 domestic freezer present. Freezer at -14C and the cooler at 4C or below.
- Bleach is available on site for manual dishwashing. Ensure to follow the manual dishwashing method of washing, rinsing and sanitizing.
