Routine inspection: no changes in operation. Blending of concentrated gin (produced on Vancouver Island) with butterfly pea flour extract liquid and water or bottling of ready to bottle gin product. Blending area 2 compartment sink available for use. 2 blending tanks now onsite. Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. City water used for blending undergoes carbon filtration and then reverse osmosis treatment. 2 bottling lines in place and in operation now. Bottles received pre cleaned and onsite blown out with compressed air. Lot/batch codes in place. Pest control services in place. No evidence of pests at time of inspection. Storage areas cleaned and organized.
