Corrections made: - Spray treatment has been done for cockroach control by a professional pest control company. Service report was reviewed. - Deep cleaning of the facility has been done; improvement in general sanitation observed. - Non-food grade containers removed. Corrections pending: - Ceiling tiles & vent units need cleaning. (Correction due date: 2 weeks) - Operator changed ice machine; inside of the ice machine needs proper cleaning & sanitizing. (Correction due date: Today) - Paper towel dispenser to be installed again at the bar handsink. (Correction due date: 2 weeks) Repeat treatment is scheduled in one week. Operator stated that it will be done during before or after operational hours. Ensure all food items are protected during the treatment process and no staff/ customers to enter the premises before the instructed re-entry time advised by pest control technician. Keep monitoring pest population and maintain sanitation. Closure order lifted. Store may re-open.
