Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Dried on debris observed on deli slicer.
2. Debris observed on some parts of equipment used for grating/slicer (with push feeder).
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that after each use, equipment is properly disassembled (if applicable), and washed, rinsed, then sanitized to prevent potential contamination of food.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Few bottles of sanitizer measured at less than 200 ppm quats. Note: Other sanitizer on site (e.g. buckets with wiping cloths) and dispenser at 200 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Bottles were emptied at time of inspection. Ensure sanitizer is maintained at concentrations required for effective sanitizing of food contact surfaces (e.g. 200 ppm quats or as per manufacturer specifications). Note: Test strips on site observed to be expired. Provide appropriate test strips that are within expiry.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Open bag of uncooked rice with frayed edges observed within covered dry storage bin. Piece of bag observed on surface of rice.
Corrective Action(s): Removed. Ensure that food is protected from potential contamination at all times. Once opened, dry food products are to be transferred directly into a clean, dry, sanitized container suitable for the intended purpose, or tightly sealed in food packaging provided that the packaging is in good condition and suitable for storage (e.g. sealable).

No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
