A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Low temperature dishwasher had [Cl2] of 0ppm. Manual sanitizing to continue until the dishwasher is fixed. Fully submerge all washed dishes in Quats sanitizer for 2 minutes and then allow to air dry before use (allows the chemical sanitizer to evaporate off). ACTION: Immediately call a repair company to fix the dishwasher so the [Cl2] is at least 50ppm. - A follow-up inspection to occur on Monday to check the [Cl2] concentration.
