Implemented the following action plan effective immediately. Complete a deep clean of all identified contact surfaces impacted using Ecolab Multi-Purpose Disinfectant followed by application of Ecolab multi-Quat sanitizer. Professional cleaning services have been contracted for this work. Engage the Landlord to expedite completion of exterior construction work. Contractor has been onsite to seal all exterior access points. Increase National Pest Control service provider service levels to 24-48 hours for a period of no less than 6 weeks. Complete and sign sanitation check lists. These will be validated by the District manager and signed by the District Manager and Associate owner on a monthly basis for a period of 6 months. Third Party food safety audits will be conducted on a Quarterly basis for a period of 1 year. Work order created to seal the gap identified in the walk-in dairy cooler, door sweeps, and structural access points. To be supported by our regional maintenance manager. Host weekly calls with our pest control vendor to track progress and identify call outs. Conducted by our national resource team, along with our local maintenance support staff.
