- Dishwasher has been serviced - sanitizer line was replaced. 100 ppm chlorine detected at the dish surface after the rinse cycle. Test strips available for monitoring - ensure to check with test strips daily. - A few new mouse dropping noted in some areas; operator has been cleaning and sanitizing prior to beginning operations each day. - Pest control is currently in place, however operator will be hiring new company in January.
