- Handsinks supplied with hot + cold water, liquid soap and paper towels
- High temperature dishwasher achieving final rinse temperature of 78.7C at the plate
- 200ppm QUATS sanitizer measured from dispenser and in sanitizer buckets
- Wiping clothes noted submerged in sanitizer solution when not in use
- Staff observed continually washing and sanitizing frequently used utensils and equipment throughout the inspection
- Individually wrapped baked items are date stamped and discarded if not sold by the assigned date
- Storage of food in coolers satisfactory, all foods are covered and protected from contamination
- Display cooler not in use at the time of inspection. Currently only used for displaying names of menu items
- Espresso machines are cleaned and sanitized daily according to manufacturer's instructions
- Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition, no build up of mildew or staining observed
- Pest control service is provided by Abell - on site monthly (email last report to the undersigned)

Note: the door seal to front prep cooler in barista bar is beginning to loosen in some parts. Please monitor the condition of this cooler door to ensure the seals do not allow cool air to escape.
