Premise overall is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of the inspection. Dedicated hand sink with liquid soap and paper towels in use. Food protected from contamination and stored in a sanitary manner. Coolers at 4C and below. Freezers at -18C to -23C. Food dispensers and single use utensils are sanitary. New door sweep installed at back door. Cleaning is kept up under slurpy machine and other food dispensing units. Recommendations: 1.Dessert chest freezer near window has build up of ice. Defrost may be needed in the next week. 2.Small gap space between window and walk in glass cooler (below the M&M Food sign), there is a build up of old tools and shelving. Cleaning and organizing this area can prevent build up of debris and possible hiding areas for pests. Organizing this area will allow the gap to be cleaned. Facility overall well maintained.
