Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Milk is observed to be expired in July 19, almond milk is observed to be expired in Aug 19.
Corrective Action(s): Staff immediately discarded the expired milk. Staff must be mind full about the expiry date of the food.

Comments

General:

- Hand sinks equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel
- All coolers temperature at 4 degree C or under
- White chest freezer temperature at -7 degree C, please routinely defrost the freezer to ensure frozen food are stored at -18 degree C or under)
- Display freezer temperature at -18 degree C
- Hot holding units temperature at 60 degree or above, please routinely stir the hot holding food to ensure the top portion of the food is stored at 60 degree or above
- Food is time stamped, and followed first in first out policy
- Dishwasher plate surface after final rinse tested at 74.9 degree C
- Chlorine in sanitizer bucket tested 100 ppm
- Wiping cloth is fully immersed in the sanitizer
- Back door is closed during food service
- Chemical is stored separately from the food
- General sanitation is ok, no sign of pest noted at the time of inspection
- Staff on-site has valid Foodsafe

Recommend to maintain the temperature log to ensure food are stored in the safe temperature.
