Observation: * Some cut/prepped vegetables were being stored in card board boxes that were used for delivery; card board boxes are not sanitary and can not be used for storing cut/prepped food product; operator addressed immediately and discarded product (eg. green peppers); also, boxes were found being stored on top of other prepped food product which can lead to cross contamination; boxes should be stored below prepped food product to reduce risk of cross contamination
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all cut/prepped food product stored in suitable food grade containers with covers/lids; also, store all boxes below prepped food product to reduce risk of cross contamination
