Observation: 1) Bins of gulab jamun, laddu, and rasgula uncovered in walk in cooler, with scoops stored inside the bins. Leaving foods uncovered with their scoops stored inside increases risk of physical and biological contamination.
2) Vitamins and medication found stored on the shelf of the central island in the kitchen area.
Corrective Action(s): Cover all foods to protect them from contamination, and do not store scoops inside containers of food. Store personal items away from food storage and food preparation areas - dedicate an area to personal items for employees.

- Chest freezer holds below -18 degrees Celsius
- Large compartment sink and surface sanitizer solution have 100ppm chlorine solution available
- Reviewed wash, rinse, sanitize, air dry procedure for large bins with Operator
- No signs of pest activity throughout premise during inspection
- No grease/food debris build up along perimeter wall-floor junction of kitchen and walk-in cooler
- Take out containers are stored on designated shelves, protected from contamination
- Overall sanitation is satisfactory
