Application form, Food Safe certificates, Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan Submitted. This establishment is approved for sandwiches calzones, hot dogs, pizza, tornados and soup. Any new additions must be approved by Fraser Health. All coolers were < 4 Degrees Celsius. All freezers were < -18 Degrees Celsius . Hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and papertowels. 3-compartment sink will be used in the back. Quats sanitizer solution was at 200ppm. *Health Approval Granted - take out/single service utensils only.
