Comments

Attempted to gain chlorine reading from test strips (6+) attempts. Dishwasher needed to be primed for 30 seconds to flush air bubbles and old sanitizer out of system to obtain 40 to 50 ppm chlorine residual at point of discharge. Recommend this unit be primed and then checked with tesp strips prior to dishwashing. Quats dispenser concentrate low. Recommend this is refilled prior to next function or kitchen use. Temperature controls good. General sanitation OK.
