Observation: Handle on the reach-in-cooler by cookline is broken. This was addressed in the last inspection and the probelm still has not been resolved.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the handle immediately. Contact the health inspector once the part has been ordered to schedule for follow up.

Observation: Low temp dishwasher does not produce 50ppm chlorine at plate's surface. The manager on site has called for repair at the time of inspection. The repair is to be done in 2 hours.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use the dishwasher until it is confirmed that at least 50ppm chlorine is detected at plate's surface.
