Comments

-Provide a receipt for the goat meat found in a plastic bag on site by Tuesday.
-A small amount of dust was observed on the wall around the dishwasher. Ensure that this is cleaned as soon as possible.
All coolers were < 4 C, with the exception of the small True cooler which was at 7 C and adjusted during the inspection. Ensure that the temperature goes down to 1-4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held items were > 60 C.
Sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
No evidence of pests at the time of the inspection.
Dishwasher final rinse cycle had 100 ppm chlorine.
