Routine inspection. Water samples taken- Ice Age ( BB 02 19 2020 and Vortex 9.5 BB 04 05 2020) Please provide 1) micro results for the Ice Age sample that was taken (i.e., source water from barge, tanker, finish water). 2) record of CCP- ozone level. 3) incoming raw water inspection sheet. Ozone used for disinfection was at 0.32ppm during the time of the inspection.
