- All handsinks at the front and back area are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All freezers are functional and are measured at temperatures between -10 to -18C
- Walk in cooler is measured at temperature less than 4C. NOTE: Front display cooler is not in use.
- Low temperature dishwasher is measured at 100ppm during final rinse cycle at the dish surface
- Food contact surface sanitizer in spray bottle is measured at 100ppm chlorine residual.
