-hand sink fully equipped -all temps met health requirements -temp logs maintained daily -added samosa, they are frozen and heated in microwave and hot held in warmer for only 4 hours and then discarded, logs are maintained -ensure bleach and water mixture is used on food contact surfaces not lysol hydrogen peroxide as its not meant for food contact surfaces -general sanitation good
