Comments

All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. The dishwasher was tested at 100 ppm chlorine. Temperature records and dishwasher records were up to date. The ice machine was clean. Staff were FoodSafe Level 1 certified. No evidence of pests. Pest control report reviewed during the inspection. Quats sanitizer was measured at 200 ppm at the dispenser and in the sanitizer bucket. General sanitation was satisfactory.
