Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Potentially hazardous foods (Juices) that state on label "Keep refrigerated" or "Refrigerate after opening" observed to be stored in keg cooler. Cooler measured ~11°C.
**Corrected during inspection** Juices discarded when identified. Do not store perishable items in keg cooler. Alternatively, ensure keg cooler can maintain temperatures of 4°C or below.

Corrective Action(s): All areas are to be cleaned regularly. To ensure areas have been cleaned, it is recommended to have a cleaning schedule developed and maintained. Staff to sign off when area has been cleaned.
