Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cooked rice was being stored at ambient temperature. Operator claimed that staff was going to be making fried rice soon.
Corrective Action(s): Store rice inside the cooler until needed.

Observation: 1) Foods in containers are stacked on top of one another without lids in between in the cooler across from the grill.
2) Ice scoop is being stored directly on the shelf above the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Do not double-stack foods without lids in between as discussed.
2) Store the ice scoop inside a clean container or inside the ice bin with the handle pointing out (not touching the ice)
