Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # KKIM-CG9PQ9 of Jul-12-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Dishwasher is not reaching the minimum temperature on the gauge. Min/max probe thermometer read at 60C maximum however cycle is not operational even after warming up for 40+ minutes. Correction: Do not use the kitchen until the dishwasher is repaired.

Comments

Dishwasher is in working order and is reaching 71C or above during the final rinse. Janitor was re-caulking between the sinks and the wall at the time of inspection. Ensure directions for dishwasher use is well communicated to the renters using the kitchen.
