Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Meatballs in warmer measured between 39 C and 58 C. All hot held foods must maintain temperature of 60 C or more as discussed with staff. Staff unclear when food was placed in warmer as there was a shift change. Possibly in the morning. Temp logs not available.
Corrective Action(s): Meatballs reheated. Measured at 83 C.

Measured sanitizer bottle at 0 to 100 ppm. Labelled 6/10 at 10:30 am. Almost two weeks old. Changed with fresh solution.

Sanitizer at main feed measured 200 ppm.

Freezers ok.
good hand washing and glove use.
Staff on site to take food safety course next week.
