-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was tested at > 200 ppm. Ensure that only 1 tsp of bleach per liter of water is used as a food contact surface sanitizer.

Kitchen not in use at the time of the inspection.
Hand washing sink was supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
The two door cooler was < 4 C.
The single door freezer was < -18 C.
The dishwasher reached 74 C at the plate level.
No evidence of pests.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
