Observation: Sanitizer dispenser in meat department produces undiluted quats sanitizer (>500ppm). This concentrated sanitizer was observed in the nearby sanitizer spray bottles.
Corrective Action(s): Quats sanitizer must be used at a concentration of 200ppm to ensure residues do not remain on food contact surfaces.
