Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Main dedicated hand wash station had hot water turned off. Owner stated that the tap drips when turned on.
Corrective Action(s): Tap turned on during inspection. Repair tap so it no longer drips and keep hand wash station fully stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel at all times. Repair tap within 2 weeks (by April 12, 2022)

Observation: Mouse droppings found throughout premise, mainly in kitchen along each of the walls on the floor, in addition to the storage area in the former bathroom.
Corrective Action(s): Give premise a deep clean, removing all mouse droppings and sanitize areas where droppings are found. Due: 1 week (April 5th, 2022)

Observation: Two of four lights in kitchen area are not functional. This was required to be fixed in the last inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two spray bottles of chemicals were unlabelled though staff were able to identify what the contents were.

Observation: Several items in former bathroom, now used as a storage room, that are broken according to owner and are no longer needed for operation. This storage room is also very cluttered and is contributing to harboring mice as mouse droppings were found throughout this area.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all items in this room that are not needed for operation. Due: 2 weeks (April 12, 2022)
