Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hot water faucet for the hand washing station is not available. Food handlers have been using 2 compartment sink behind the stove and beside the food preparation area as a hand washing station. A repair order has been submitted to repair the hand washing station.

Downstairs kitchen:
Cooler unit at 4C.
Meals are offered once a day for lunch
High temperature dishwasher achieved a final rinse temperature of 72C at plate level.
No pest noted
Chlorine sanitized stored in "bleach" bottle. Concentration was greater than 100ppm. Only need to dilute 5ml of bleach with 1 liter of water.
Temperature log maintained.

Upstairs storage area:
Cooler units at 4C.
Freezer unit at -18C
