Observation: Floor of kitchen area is heavily worn and need of maintenance. Grout is worn away which will allow water and food debris to collect between floor tiles that hinders efforts to maintain premise sanitation and contributes to pest activity.
Corrective Action(s): Kitchen floor tiles are to be re-grouted and damaged floor tiles are to be replaced as needed.

Comments

Professional pest control services have been hired and have implemented a pest control program. Fruit fly activity has significantly been reduced since previous inspection.
Note: Ensure corrective actions recommended in pest control reports are acted upon promptly to maximize effectiveness of pest control program.

Premise sanitation has been improved. Required cleaning at buffet cutting station, dishwashing station, buffet dessert station and storage / sushi station have been completed.
Note: Cleaning activities are to be conducted on a daily basis to maintain premise sanitation in a consistent manner.

Ventilation canopies have been professionally serviced and cleaned.

Pre-rinse dishwashing sink leak has been repaired.
