General observations:

- Handsink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel
- QUATS surface sanitizer spray bottle measured to be at 200ppm
- Low temperature dishwasher measured to have a chlorine residual of 50ppm at the plate
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing
- Walk-in cooler measured to be at 2.6C
- Foods observed to be covered and stored off the floor.
- Four standing freezers and one chest freezer measured to be at -18C
- Baking ingredients (e.g. flour, sugar, etc) stored in plastic pest-proof containers
- No pest activity detected. Professional pest control company services the premises on a monthly basis
- Staff presented valid and current FOODSAFE Level I or equivalent certificate
- Washroom observed to be in sanitary condition
