Handsink: soap, paper towel, hot & cold running water available in the front and the washroom Sandwich cooler: 4C with thermometer inside Creamer and milk stored in thermostat containers Freezers: -18 to -20C Dairy cooler: 4C Two compartment sink in the back operational and maintained, manual warewashing procedure reviewed Ice machine appear to be kept in sanitary condition, scoop stored in bag outside of ice machine Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle in the front available *ensure to review bleach sanitizer with all staffs, use test strips to verify strength as demonstrate to staff Dry storage is adequate No apparent signs of pest noted during time of inspection
