A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Sanitation level has improved. All walls, ceiling, floors, pizza oven, prep tables, shelves and cupboards have been cleaned. Dust, grease and food debris has been cleaned up. - The drain pipe for the 3rd sink (for the 3-compartment sink) was repaired. Duct tape has been removed, pipe has been cleaned of food debris, and the pipe repaired properly. The pipe no longer leaks. - It was found that the drain pipe for the middle sink is leaking. Repair this leak. - Ensure all holes in walls, dents in walls, and chipped corners are repaired and repainted by their assigned date (Dec. 1/17)
