Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-BDGSYZ.

- Three compartment sink is unobstructed and adequately set up for manual ware washing. 200 ppm chlorine available in third compartment. Drying rack located on adjacent drain board is not blocking any compartment and is in sanitary condition.
- Hand soap is available in liquid soap dispenser at designated hand sink.
- Items noted under violation code 306 in previous report have been adressed. Plastic drain rack and board no longer in place; a coated metal drying rack is in use and is located on three compartment sink drain board.
- Food items noted on previous report are stored off the floor
- FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection (operator on site). Discussed FOODSAFE requirements with operator at time of inspection. Ensure that an adequate number of staff hold FOODSAFE Level 1 (or equivalent) in order to meet regulatory requirements when operator is not on duty.
- Discussed food safety and sanitation plan with operator. Ensure that approved food safety and sanitation plan are available on site and staff are trained in the policies and procedures outlined in the plans.
