Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-AUN2KL.

- Leaking pipe noted on previous report has been repaired.
- Several items have been removed from the premises or stored in a way that protects from potential pest entry. Soiled rags are stored in enclosed containers. Empty bottles/cans are being stored in covered plastic bins.
- Cleanliness of kitchen has improved--shelving has been cleaned. Some attention still required for cooking equipment area.
- Dry storage room has been cleaned and organized.
- Copies of invoices were provided for plumbing service and pest control service

Outstanding:
1. Some evidence of pest activity still present in basement/mechanical room. Ensure these areas are properly cleaned and sanitized. Kitchen manager stated that pest control operator is scheduled to return on February 7, 2018 for follow up. No evidence of pest activity observed upstairs (kitchen, service areas, bar).
2. Flooding observed in basement area near exit and mechanical room. No food storage areas affected. Ensure that area is cordoned off and is properly cleaned and sanitized. Kitchen manager stated that plumber is to return to rectify issue. Copy of invoice provided for previous work.
