Routine inspection

Temperature control:
All coolers are at or below 4C. Food temperature measured at 4C or colder. Temp monitoring log were observed. Reminder: Ensure temperatures logged twice daily for all cooling with perishable foods. The log is to be update!
Hot holding unit for cooked rice and soup measured at 60C or above. Ensure to monitor and log temperature at least twice daily.
Internal temperature check for cooking burger and other meats were discussed with kitchen staff. Accurate thermometer were observed in use.

General sanitation is satisfactory.
Hand washing stations are provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser.
Floors are clean and no obvious sign of pest activity observed at this date. Reminder: Ensure frequent cleaning around meat battering station in front the ice machine. Flour for batter observed to be on the cabinets and underneath equipment.
Low-Temp Dishwasher final rinse sanitizer measured at 50+ ppm chlorine. Handling clean dishware observed to be satisfactory.
QUAT 200-400 ppm available in Sani buckets in the kitchen. Reminder: Ensure wiping cloths are stored in the solution when not in use. Ensure to replenish the solution when it is murky.
High touch surfaces such as equipment door handles are to be wiped clean frequently.
Customer washrooms are clean and well maintained.
Back door to garbage area is equipped with door sweep.
Mop sink and sanitation station is maintained.

Bar:
Hand washing station supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser.
Cooler unit is at or below 4C.
Ice well is clean and maintained.
Beer dispenser is clean and maintained.
