Code 308 corrected - Hand sink is now in good working order. Dispensers are supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. Temperature log for month of July has been started and up to date. Ensure that even when regular cook is not around that coverage is still checking and recording temperatures. Thank you for your effort and cooperation.
