Comments

Facility has made repairs to hand sink however hand sink does not allow for ease of hand washing. The hot water that comes out of the faucet is too low of flow. The hot water fluctuates in temperature during use. The on demand hot water tank is extremely small and does not appear to be able to meet the demands of the hand washing station. The facility MUST improve the flow and supply of hot water to this hand sink. A larger on demand hot water tank is suggested however speak to plumber to determine what is actually needed at hand sink to meet with demands at hand sink. Facility has two weeks to make repairs. EHO will return in two weeks. If issues arise contact Fraser Health to discuss options. Hand sink at its current state is inadequate as it does not meet demands of facility.
