Introduction

Follow up inspection conducted to review completion of renovations to the bathrooms, the boys bathroom was repaired please see the contraventions below for the areas need to be addressed

Observed Violations
PHYSICAL FACILITY, EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS: 11020 - CCLR s.13(2) - A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.
Observation: the stalls of the girls bathroom are in poor repair, the caulking around the sinks needs to replaced the heat vents in the day-care room are in poor repair, the door to the girls bathroom is in poor repair.
Corrective Action(s): please ensure these areas in the day-care are addressed and a plan to repair or replace these area submitted to KChong
