Observation: Dust build up observed on the vent openings and ceiling tiles in the kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean the air vents and all ceiling tiles to remove dust build up (By December 26, 2016).

Observation: Do not use plastic totes meant for dry food storage to store hot soups etc.
Corrective Action(s): Hot soups or any other hot food items must only be stored in stainless steel or appropriately NSF rated (e.g 100 C) heat safe containers. Ensure to cool the beef soup immediately using cold water or ice water bath.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: 3-door cooler registered 7-8 degrees C at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or adjust the cooler so that it maintains food items at 4 C or below at all times. Transfer all potentially hazardous food items such as cooked rice, meats and sprouts to another cooler operating at 4 C or below.
