Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two door cooler temperature is probed at 6.1C
Corrective Action(s): Operator moved all cold potentially hazardous food to other adequate coolers within the premises. Service the two door cooler so that it is able to maintain a temperature lower than 4C. Please email EHO the invoice after cooler unit has been serviced

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spicy minced beef was stored in a hot hold unit measuring at 22C. Operator reported the spicy minced beet was prepared 3 hours ago. The insert with the spicy minced beef was placed ontop of another insert that was heated by the hot holding unit
Corrective Action(s): Operator discarded the spicy minced beef at the time of inspection. Hot potentially hazardous food must be maintained at or above 60C to prevent growth of pathogens. Do not place insert on top another insert.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back door (screen door) open at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Operator closed screen door. Screen door must always remain closed to prevent pests entering the premise.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ladle, tongs, rice scoop, ice cream scoop, scissors were kept in a warm water bath at the time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): Operator removed all utensils and washed them in dishwasher. Operator replaced the water bath with ice water bath to prevent pathogens growth.
