Follow-up inspection conducted:

-Walk-in freezer repaired and now operating under -18'C.
-Rubber mat obtained for the upstairs kitchen. Upstairs kitchen now ready to be used.
-Warmer obtained for pizza slices. The bottom shelf was above 60'C but the top and second shelves were below 60'C. Operator will not use this warmer. No pizza slices to be offered for now.
