Comments

Temperature of hot water coming out of the tap at the kitchen sink was 70C/157F. This is excessively high and can cause accidental burns. Effort should be made to keep temperature at or below 49C/120F. General sanitation is satisfactory. Handwashing station is satisfactory. Temperature of refrigeration unit and dishwasher is satisfactory.
