-General sanitation - good.
-All hand sinks supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water.
-Food in prep inserts on the Taco Bell side of the kitchen must be in time tracked (recommended: food has to be 1/2 of containers; 2 hours rotation or used).Inserts in the ice/temperature of food <4 deg C.).
Note: Renovation scheduled for end of 2023/old equipment will be changed.
-All coolers at 4 deg C or less.
-Freezers at -18 Deg C or less.
-Hot holding 60 deg C or greater.
-3 compartment sink available with Quat sanitizer in 3rd compartment at 200 ppm Quats.
-Surface Quat sanitizer in rag buckets at 200 ppm Quats.
-Fume hood - clean.
-Equipment and utensils stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
