Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The milk/cream dispenser at the drive-through and front of house were measured at an air ambient temperature of 10C.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the milk and cream and service the dispenser to measure an air ambient temperature of 4C or lower.

Observation: Walk-in freezer automatic light is not in operational condition. Light must be manually turned on and will shut off periodically.
Corrective Action(s): Service the walk-in freezer light sensory so that it will turn on automatically when someone goes in to facilitate ease of cleaning. Corrected by: next routine inspection.

Routine Inspection conducted today.
COVID-19 compliance conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and posted. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing decals in place. Sanitizer available for customer use. Signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till. Health screening and documentation conducted for staff.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs dispenser and sanitizer buckets measured at 200ppm.
High-temp dishwasher measured at 180F at the manifold.
All hot-holding units met health requirements. Walk-in cooler, freezer, prep coolers met temperature health requirements. Temperature logs are well maintained.
No signs of pests observed.
Overall, facility is well organized and and maintained.
