Comments

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. No evidence of pests. The high temperature dishwasher took one hour to warm up. It reached 71 C at the plate level afterwards. Ensure that it is turned on when the store is open. General sanitation was satisfactory.
